The ADC-BFDNPA is a versatile solution for new dry concrete floors, offering a weight capacity of 300psf, suitable for standard pedestrian traffic. It's ideal for utility rooms, general access points, or areas without water infiltration. The door can be cast-in or bolt-in, providing a clean, flush finish during construction. It features a diamond tread plate surface, spring-assisted opening, automatic hold-open arm, and a slam latch.
