The ADC-BAC-FRFD fire-rated floor hatch from Best Access Doors ensures both security and functionality in your spaces. This flush floor hatch has a durable diamond-plated aluminum door, a stainless-steel bottom frame for corrosion resistance, and two layers of 1" ceramic blanket insulation. It meets NFPA 288 and ASTME E 119 standards and is certified for a 2-hour rating by Warnock Hersey International.
Designed for user-friendliness, the ADC-BAC-FRFD includes lift assistance with compression springs, providing 90-degree access through red vinyl grip hold-open arms for comfortable one-handed operation.
In case of emergencies, it has a U.L. listed 165° fusible link for immediate activation.
