Our ADC-E roof hatches are ideal for areas that would require ladders access to remove or install small pieces of equipment in any building. These roof hatches are 36” x 36” (914mm x 914mm) in size and have an automatic hold-open arm that locks the cover in the 70-degree open position for ensuring safe ladder access.
Get these roof hatches in either 14-gauge G-90 paint bond galvanized steel, 11-gauge aluminum, or 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel. The cover of these ADC-E roof doors is brake-formed and has a hollow-metal design with 1” concealed fiberglass insulation, 3” beaded, overlapping flange. It is also fully welded at corners and is internally reinforced for a 40 psf (195 kg/m2) live load. It also comes with a permanently-adhered, extruded EPDM rubber gasket.
We also offer optional hardware that includes zinc-plated/chromate-sealed steel, Type 316 stainless steel hinges, and zinc-plated/chromate sealed aluminum, and Type 316 stainless steel for steel doors.
