Why You Should Choose the 10" x 10" ADC-BAC-FRI:
- Sturdy Construction: Our ADC-BAC-FRI is made from tough 16-gauge cold-rolled steel and features a 20-gauge galvanized steel door for fire protection.
- Effective Insulation: FRI's panel door has mineral wool insulation that withstands temperatures over 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit, improving thermal resistance.
- Easy Operation: FRI has a self-latching spring mechanism, meeting NFPA 80 standards for hands-free operation.
- 2-Hour Fire Rating: FRI has a 2-hour fire rating, thanks to its heavier gauge steel and 2” mineral wool insulation, certified to U.L. standards.
- Enhanced Safety: The self-locking cam latch on our FRI access door ensures safety and security during emergencies with its self-locking mechanism.
- Durable Design: This model, made from cold-rolled steel, is resilient against impacts and corrosion.
- Eco-Friendly and LEED v4 Compliant: FRI reduces your carbon footprint with recycled material in its mineral wool, contributing to LEED credits for your project.
The ADC-BAC-FRI fire-rated access door ensures safety with a 2" thick mineral-insulated, self-latching panel door made from 16 and 20-gauge cold-rolled steel. It helps preserve integrity during emergencies and limits the spread of smoke and flames.
The 2 1/2-inch frame is thicker than most, transforming a roughly cut installation into a polished addition to your portfolio. FRI comes ready for use with a high-quality white powder coat primer, allowing easy customization for a perfect blend.
