12" x 12" Standard Fire-Rated Access Door
Fire-rated access doors and panels made in Canada are designed to provide fire-protected and secure service access to critical areas in both wall and ceiling applications.
Our WB-FR Standard Fire-Rated Access Door has an Underwriters Laboratories (UL and ULC), 1-1/2 hour “B” label, with a maximum temperature rise of 250 degrees Celsius after 30 minutes for vertical wall installations, and Warnock Hersey International 1 hr rating for combustible floor/ceiling applications, 3 hr rating for non-combustible floor/ceiling assembly.
This industry’s leading fire-rated door features an 18 gauge steel door, a 2” thick mineral wool insulation contained within the door cavity, fully-concealed rod type hinge that allows an opening to 170°.
The largest acceptable size for this model is 24” x 36” to comply with current fire regulations.
Other options including mortise lock preparation, stainless steel #304 and #316 (#4 satin finish), and a Pemko hot smoke seal gasketing can also be availed of when you purchase this door.

Hinge : Fully concealed rod type hinge. Allows opening to 170°.
Lock / latch : Self-latching direct-action latch, opposite hinge. Accepts both key and knurled knob, included with each door
