- Hatch: Insulated sandwich type in white, with a thickness of 3 1/8” and thermal insulation thickness of 2 7/8”. The hatch comes equipped with a lock.
- Frame: Constructed of pinewood with a height of 8 5/8” and includes three gaskets.
- Ladder: Made of pinewood with a width of 15”, a stringer height of 3 1/8”, and steps spaced 9 7/8” apart.
- Steps: Crafted from pinewood and features an anti-slip profile. They have a width of 3 1/8”, a thickness of 7/8”, and a length of 13 1/4”.
