24" x 24" Aluminum H20 Loading Drainage Floor Door
If you’re ever looking for a reliable floor access door, the ADC-J-ALH20 Aluminum H20 Loading Drainage Floor Door is the one to install on your commercial buildings. It has standard features such as a Standard Type 316 Stainless Steel Hardware. For a more detailed explanation of this type of floor access door, it has a ¼” aluminum cover and extruded aluminum frame as its materials.
You’ll find that the cover has a diamond-pattern tread plate reinforced for H-20 wheel loading. Designed for installation in off-street locations where the access door is not placed through high-density, fast-moving traffic. And for the frame, it has an extruded aluminum channel with bend down anchor tabs around the perimeter. There’s also a 1-½” drain coupling welded under the frame for pipe connections to dry wells or disposal systems.
The hinges are heavy forged Type 316 stainless steel with ¼” type 316 stainless steel hinge pins. The same goes for the latch. It’s the same type as the hinges, but it’s a slam lock. It has a fixed interior handle and you can remove the exterior turn/lift handle. No need to worry because he latch release is protected by a flush, gasketed, removable screw plug.
