24" x 24" Steel Standard Non-Drainage Floor Door Type ADC-Q
Suppose you ever need a reliable floor access door for either the interior or the exterior parts of the building. In that case, the ADC-Q Steel Standard Non-Drainage Floor Door is perfect for these situations.
The material of the ADC-Q cover and frame is ¼" steel construction. You also have the choice of Type 304 or Type 316 stainless steel construction. The door frame is a steel angle with strap anchors welded all around the perimeter while the cover is a diamond-pattern tread plate reinforced for 150 psf live load. You can also lift the cover without any difficulty because the hinges are cast steel cam-action concealed from the door exterior.
To ensure that the access door's security isn't compromised, the latch is a type 316 stainless steel slam lock with a secured interior handle and a removable exterior lift/turn handle. Available in an alkyd base red oxide primer finish.
