- Measurements: 24" x 36"
- Cover: Double-skin construction (in-box type design) with 1" fiberglass insulation and a continuous EPDM foam weather/draft seal gasket attached to the inside cover to provide a flush, tight fit. Can support a live load of 40lbs./sq. ft.
- Curb: 12"-high aluminum curb with pre-drilled holes for fast mounting. Insulated for added stability.
- Hinge: Heavy-duty aluminum pintle hinges with 3/8" pin
- Opening: Gas springs make opening and closing effortless, and an inside handle lets you close it securely.
- Door Latch: Self-latching, zinc-plated outside T-handle with stainless steel inside lock and lever assembly. Unit also has inside and outside padlock provisions.
