Product Specifications  

• Measurements: 30" x 36" 
• Sizes: Up to 48" x 96" (will have multiple domes) 
• Acrylic Dome: Dome is white translucent acrylic.
• Construction: 14-gauge galvanized steel with 12"-high curb and 3 5/8"-wide flange for securing the roof deck. The cover includes a 14-gauge galvanized steel exterior and a 22-gauge liner with a TPE draft gasket door seal.
• Hardware: Hardware includes a heavy-duty hinge, slam latch, heavy gauge automatic hold open arm with red grip, compression spring-operated cylinder, exterior handle with integral padlock hasp, and interior locking handle with interior padlock hasp.
• Load/Deflection: Galvanized steel roof hatch covers are tested and approved to support a minimum live load of 40 lbs./sq. ft. with a maximum deflection of 1/150th of the span and a full negative load of 50 lbs./sq. ft. wind uplift and 110 mph wind load when the cover is open.
• Insulation: The curb includes 1" fiberboard insulation surrounding the base and 1" mineral wool insulation between the exterior cover and the solid roof area liner.
• Certifications: RHG (galvanized) models include components or materials that are ASTM certified under Specifications A792/A792M-06a; A653/A653M-06a; C726-05; and A36/A36M-05.
• Finish: Bonderite®, pre-treated grey hammertone powder coat.
