Suppose you want to reduce time and cost for the labor required in casting a door into a concrete vault. In that case, our ADC-PCM Aluminum Precast Vault Drainage Floor Door has several innovative features that can achieve it, including its aluminum material and peel-off covering that protects the door finish during the pouring process.
It has a 6" high frame with not vertical projections below the frame to simplify installation on a standard concrete vault form. Its door has a 1/4" aluminum 6061-T6 diamond pattern plate to withstand a live load of 300 pounds per square foot. Its frame has a 1/4" extruded aluminum 6063-T5 channel shaped to provide a drainage gutter and an overall depth of 6" for the concrete slab thickness. It also comes with a heavy steel automatic hold open arm that includes a red vinyl grip for handy release.
Moreover, this ADC-PCM has a Type 316 stainless steel snap lock with a removable handle. Avail this floor door today in mill finish with a bituminous coating applied to the frame's exterior. We offer several standard single leaf sizes to meet unique access requirements.

Hinges : Heavy forged brass hinges with 3/8" (9 mm) type 316 stainless steel hinge pins.
Latch : Flush spring loaded snap lock operable from the outside by a removable handle and from bellow by fixed turn handle
Finish : Mill finish with bituminous coating applied to the exterior of the frame.
