- Cover: Double-skin construction ("in-box type design") reinforced to support a live load of 40 psf. The cover is 14-gauge galvanized steel with a 22-gauge galvanized steel inside liner.
- Insulation: 1" PIR (R-6) Insulation
- Gaskets: EPDM foam gaskets attached to the inside cover
- Opening: Electronic actuation system powered by push button switch, key switch, or remote control; 12V/24V DC actuator suitable for mains supply AC 120V/60Hz or 230V/50Hz
- Curb: 12" high 4-gauge galvanized steel with 1" PIR (R-6) insulation with fiberglass liner at the curb exterior
- Flange: 3.375" wide bottom flange with pre-drilled mounting holes
