- Measurements: 60" x 96"
- Cover: Constructed with sturdy 14-gauge galvanized steel with G-90 paint bond for weather resistance. Brake-formed, hollow metal design incorporates 4" mineral wool insulation for superior heat and soundproofing. Beaded and overlapping flange, fully welded at corners for strength, internally reinforced to handle heavy loads (40 lbs./sq. ft. live load).
- Curb: 12"-high with integrated cap flashing for a watertight seal. Includes 4" fiberboard insulation for added thermal and acoustic performance. 6-7/8" mounting flange with pre-drilled holes for easy installation.
- Gaskets: Extruded PVC permanently adhered to the cover underside and the curb top for a tight seal.
- Hinges: Heavy-duty pintle hinges with 3/8" type 316 stainless steel pins.
