The ADC-BSVLB-D is a practical, durable smoke vent made of 14-gauge galvanneal steel with a high reflectance white powder coat finish. It features a single wall curb with an EZ tab counterflash and mounting flange, 1-inch polyiso R-6 insulation, and an extruded EPDM adhesive-backed gasket seal for leak-free operation. The vent has a heavy-duty hinge with stainless steel pins, gas springs with a damper, a zinc-plated hold-open arm, and a zinc-plated steel rotary latch. It is UL 793 listed for its durability.
