Specifications:
- Frame: Made of 16-gauge steel, the frame comes with a recessed flange for plastering. It is 1 3/8 inches wide and features a galvanized flange with a 3/4-inch-deep plastering stop. ADC-FDP-SS includes additional expanded metal lath to ensure a secure and integrated installation within plaster walls and ceilings.
- Door: The access panel door is 2 inches thick, constructed from insulated 20-gauge steel, and is attached with a continuous hinge for durability and ease of use.
- Latch: It features a universal turn ring and key lock system for secure access control.
The FDP model is fire-rated for both wall and ceiling installations.
For wall applications, it has a 1-1/2 hour UL "B" label in a 2-hour fire barrier, with a maximum size of 48” X 48”.
Ceiling installations are Warnock Hersey listed for up to 3 hours in non-combustible settings or 1 hour in combustible settings, with a maximum size of 24in x 36in.
Additionally, this product is approved by the California State Fire Marshall (CSFM) for compliance with safety standards. ?
