ADC-K
We are introducing our ADC-K Aluminum Standard Non-Drainage Floor Door for interior use or exterior applications where water or liquid infiltration into the access opening is not a concern.
This floor access door features a ¼” aluminum cover with a diamond-pattern tread plate reinforced for 150 psf (732 kg/m2) live load and extruded aluminum angle frame with strap anchors bolted around the perimeter. It also comes with an automatic hold-open arm that locks the cover in an open position to ensure safe egress. Moreover, it includes a heavy-duty construction and a positive latching mechanism of Type 316 stainless steel slam lock with a fixed interior handle and removable exterior turn/lift handle to prevent unauthorized access. While this door has the same features as our ADC-KD, this door assembly only has single-leaf construction. To help you avoid the trouble of continually replacing this floor door, the ADC-K is made from corrosion-resistant materials to provide many years of service.

- Material: 1/4" (6mm) aluminum cover and extruded aluminum frame
- Hinges: Cast steel cam-action hinges that are concealed from the exterior of the door
- Latch: Type 316 stainless steel slam lock with fixed interior handle and removable exterior turn/lift handle
- Finish: Mill Finish aluminum with a bituminous coating applied to the exterior of the frame
