The ADC-FRFD is designed to keep two-hour-rated floor and ceiling systems. Tested by Warnock Hersey International to NFPA 288 and ASTM E 119 standards.

Constructed from ¼" aluminum diamond plate, it can support 150 lbs. per square foot, making it suitable for foot traffic. It features two 1" layers of ceramic blanket insulation for excellent fire resistance. The aluminum top frame has a thermal break, while the durable 11-gauge stainless steel bottom frame enhances stability.

Equipped with a Type 316 stainless steel continuous piano hinge, the hatch opens to 390 degrees. It includes a U.L.-listed 165° fusible link that closes the door and secures it with a stainless-steel slam latch during a fire, restoring the fire barrier.
