- Measurements: 30" x 96"
- Cover: Double-skin construction ("in-box type design") reinforced to support a live load of 40 psf. Cover is 14-gauge Aluminum with a 22-gauge Aluminum inside liner for additional strength.
- Insulation: 1" PIR (R-6) for superior thermal performance.
- Gaskets: EPDM foam gaskets attached to the inside cover for a weatherproof seal.
- Opening: Electronic actuation system powered by your choice of push button switch, key switch, or remote control; 12V/24V DC actuator compatible with mains supply AC 120V/60Hz or 230V/50Hz.
- Curb: 12" high 4-gauge Aluminum with 1" PIR (R-6) insulation and fiberglass liner at curb exterior.
- Flange: 3.375" wide bottom flange with pre-drilled mounting holes for easy installation.
- Door Latch: Self-locking slam latch eliminates the need for conventional locks (Note: Lock assembly available upon request).
- Hinge: Heavy-duty aluminum pintle hinges with 3/8" pin for smooth operation.
- Finish: Mill finish aluminum (ready to paint or customize).
