30" x 54" Aluminum Automatic Smoke Vent

The ADC-S-SV is an automatic smoke vent that provides a way to get rid of smoke, gasses, and heat from inside a burning building. There’s also another feature, such as the explosion release, where it can limit structural damage to a building during an explosion by freeing internal pressure.

The cover is a brake-formed, hollow-metal design with 1” concealed fiberglass insulation, 3” beaded, fully welded corners, overlapping flange, and internally reinforced for 40 psf live load. The hinges are heavy-duty pintles with ?" Type 316 stainless steel hinge pins.
The latch has a positive hold/release mechanism controlled by a single UL-listed 165°F fusible link. It features a design that locks up the cover closed against a 90 psf uplift force. It also comes with interior and exterior pull release cables for manual opening.
